About Unit Supervisors
The Unit Supervisor team directly oversees the Residential Computing Consultant (RCC) teams who are at the front lines of the Helpdesk and technical support program for residents. Our goal is to ensure that the RCCs meet our clients' computing needs in a timely and courteous manner. We serve this purpose by training, advising, and supporting the RCCs. We also serve as liaisons between the RCCs and the other teams through continual and effective communication and advocacy. In addition, we aid the RCCs in their long-term professional and personal development, and collaborate with other career and lead staff to promote professional growth and development across the organziation.
