Get Secure

If you live in the residence halls, a Be Secure Brochure and CD were included in the welcome bag you received from Residential Computing. You may also view the Be Secure brochure at our Infosheet resource center in your Academic Services Center. This CD bundles free software from UC Berkeley, including anti-virus, firewall, and security software.

Be Secure Brochure

If you did not receive a Be Secure CD, Windows users can download the Be Secure Patch from this webpage in the area below. Alternately, you can pick up a Be Secure brochure in your Academic Services Center. The 2007 version of the Be Secure CD is compatible with both Mac and Windows PCs.

If you need help installing or configuring Be Secure, you can also always contact a friendly RCC.

For Windows Users
