RCC Appointments

Room service for your computer. If you're having computing problems, our Residential Computing Consultants (RCCs) will provide personal, in-room technology support for you and your computer. All for free. In order to make an RCC appointment and schedule a time for a friendly RCC to come to your room, login to the ResComp Online Helpdesk. Use the form to the right to begin.

If there are hardware problems with your computer, you will need to sign a liability release in order to allow your RCC to touch your computer. Please see our Appropriate Use Policy for the text of the release. If you are a minor (under the age of 18), you cannot sign a valid waiver and your RCC cannot touch your hardware.
Most of our available appointment times are during the afternoons and evenings because RCCs are also full-time students. If no appointment time is good for you, don't worry. There are a bunch of different ways to get help from Residential Computing.
