Wireless Locations Overview

Residential Computing provides wireless access points at a variety of locations in the Residence Halls and a few other areas.

Other Areas

ResComp provides wireless access at the University Village Apartments in the recreation room, the Academic Services Center, and in the study room buildings 153-105.

We also provide coverage in the Crossroads dining commons, and the Residential Student Services Building, located at 2610 Channing Way.

Expanded Coverage

In January 2008, wireless coverage was expanded to the ground floor recreation rooms of the towers in Units 1 and 2, as well as some common areas in the Foothill complex. Wireless was also introduced to the community center and academic services center of University Village.

Future Coverage

Currently, ResComp has plans to expand coverage in the Channing-Bowditch apartments.
